Sam Scruggs' Eagle Scout Court of Honor
Troop 380 will honor Sam Scruggs at a special Eagle Scout Court of Honor on Saturday, October 15, 2011, at 3:30 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church. Please join the celebration and help us congratulate Sam on achieving Scouting's highest honor, the rank of Eagle Scout.
